  • You must not sell or attempt to sell your account.

You understand Next Sound has the right to terminate your account if you do not follow these guidelines.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

At Next Sound, we want every artist to feel supported and confident in the services we provide. To keep things fair and transparent, here’s how our refund and cancellation policy works:

  • Digital Services & Research Packs: Once work has begun, no refunds can be issued. Full refund if cancelled before work starts.

  • 1-on-1 Sessions: Can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

  • Next Sound VIP: Non-refundable once purchased. You may cancel anytime to stop future billing and retain access until the current cycle ends.

  • Faults & Errors: If we fail to deliver due to our error, we will re-deliver or issue a refund.

  • Liability: We are not liable for loss of profits or damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the service value.

VIP Subscription Terms:

  • Access: VIP grants exclusive benefits. Core features won’t be removed without notice.

  • Payments & Renewals: Recurring billing per cycle; full payment required for access.

  • Refunds: Non-refundable; only refunded if billing error occurs.
